Payment
We accept many forms of payment including credit card, cheque, bank transfer, as well as PayPal and Google checkout. We are happy to quote you in any worldwide currency- our standard currecny is the British pound. If you would prefer a quote in another currency please state which one in the 'Usage' box in the checkout page
All payments for editorial use must be made 30 days after the image going to print.
All payments for commercial use must be paid for in advance
Licensing
All images are sold on a rights-managed basis. We do not sell royalty-free images
In addition we try to keep all images updated with their past usage so that future use does not end up clashing with past use. To that end we strive to inform you in the description whether it has been used in the past and if so in which geographical location and for which purpose.
Receipt of the image
We can supply you with the requested image in digital form only. We do not pass on original negatives or slides.
There are 3 options for image sending:
1. Uploaded to our fast and secure FTP server with an access code that will allow you to download at your convenience
2. Uploaded to your FTP server
3. Sent via CD or DVD
Image size
We only accept images that are taken on high-end digital SLR cameras or drum scanned slides. We do not, in any circmustance, interpolate our images to try and 'cheat'. If you do require an image at a specific size then we are happy to provide it for you at that size. All EXIF data is uploaded alongside the images which can be accessed by clicking the 'more info' button. In the case of digital SLRs the relevant details as well the make of SLR used is listed. In the case where there is no information the image is a drum scanned slide.
All images are provided as JPEGs but can be sent as TIFF files if prefered. RAW files can be sent upon request.
